Grey: Beginners – These athletes will be evaluated, trained and tested on body weight strength with a slow introduction into weight training. In addition, there is proper speed, mobility, and flexibility training. Technique and body control will be our main focus during this portion of training.

Blue: Intermediate – These athletes will be evaluated and tested on body weight strength with an introduction into a specific strength training program. In addition, there is proper speed, mobility, and flexibility training. This program will be a percentage based routine that will increase in workload every week.

Red: Advanced – These athletes will be evaluated and tested on a full-scale strength training program. In addition, there is proper speed, mobility, and flexibility training. This program will be a percentage based routine that will increase in workload every week.

Black: Elite – These athletes play at the collegiate level. This is an unlimited training plan. Volunteering to help train and speak to the groups is required. Dues paid annually.
