Founder Derick Alexander Bio

Derick is a Columbus native who attended Capital University where he was an NCAA Division III All-American in 2006. He then went on to play professional football for the Ancona Dolphins in the Italian Football League during the 2010 and 2011 seasons. Derick is also a certified personal performance enhancement trainer and owner of H.O.P.E Fitness Academy. He has trained athletes in many different sports including soccer, track, basketball and football.
